Triple S Anti Spatter

Anti-Spatter is a product that has been around for decades and used extensively in engineering and fabrication related industries. The general consensus in these industries has always been that the use of some kind of anti-spatter product improves the quality of the finished weld and reduces the amount of spatter adhesion. Traditionally the type of anti-spatter product that has been available has been predominately solvent based, applied by the use of aerosol cans. In more recent times there has been a push towards more environmentally friendly solutions, however achieving an environmental solution has proved to be more complicated than expected until now. Triple S Anti Spatter is a spray on PH neutral, water based anti-spatter which is safe to use in any environment. It has been tested, and is currently in volume use by a number of major manufacturer’s. Triple S Anti Spatter is biodegradable and contains no silicon or solvents which enable it to be painted without the need for cleaning.
